Which Search Engine has correct Markup?

Well Jake (a reader of Google BlogoScoped), had a simple idea of checking the W3C Markup Validation of the top Search Engines out there:

  1. MSN – Passed!
  2. Altavista – Failed, 38 errors
  3. Yahoo – Failed, 41 errors
  4. Google – Failed, 61 errors
  5. Ask.com – Failed, 64 errors
  6. Dogpile – Failed, 70 errors

It was a unique idea in it’s own sort of way, which shows which Search Engines (no matter how big they are) follow simple W3C Validation.
