Well AdBrite will definitely have competition from TextLinkAds in the near future. We have just registered with it (replacing our sponsors links) and it looks like an amazing service so far!

First of all, they will give you $100 free ad credits (using code: STARTER KIT) if you order $125 or more, which is a pretty reasonable deal. The advertisements are sold on a monthly payment and are usually above $20.00 or more.

Now for publishers they offer a Link Calculator which is pretty accurate (it was off by $3.00 for us). From personal experience and what I hear, here is how they calculate their prices:

• Alexa Rank (Important to get accepted)
• Google Page Rank
• Location of Ads to Primary Content
• Amount of Links being Sold (The more you sell, the less you earn per link)

Their Live Support is online during normal business hours as well and is easy to talk to them.

The set-up process for the Text Link Ads is pretty simple and easy as well! Another good thing about Text Link Ads is the fact that the links will actually be indexed by Google because they use a similar idea to DigitalPoint Co-Op Ad Network or Link Vault. This can be used for Link Building and SEO.

It takes two days or so to get placed in their directory (they will decide where you are placed and make the final word in the payment). However, they do take a 50% cut for using their services.
