Danny Sullivan Leaves Search Engine Watch

This made a ton of commotion a few days ago on SEO Blogs and we decided to pay tribute to Danny Sullivan who announced he was leaving Search Engine Watch a few days ago.

For those who don’t know what Search Engine Watch is, it is probably the biggest blog for SEO News and updates. They also host tons and tons of SEO conferences which all the big players like Shoemoney and Greg Boser attend!

Search Engine Watch was founded by Danny Sullivan who then sold it to Incisive Media and decided to create a contract to stay with them to help manage the site until the end of 2006. However, he was not pleased with the offer from Incisive Media for a new renewed contract and decided that he will leave them at the end of this year!

Shoemoney, on the other hand, is not so sad to see him go and makes a valid point why. Considering that Danny Sullivan is not saying that he will leave the SEO Game, he is simply leaving the site he sold. That means we can expect a few more amazing sites from Danny Sullivan (maybe) in the near future!
