It seems that Google is really determined to have everyone using gMail as their main E-Mail Service. Basically, they are rolling out a new feature for gMail which will let it function just like a POP3 E-Mail Box, which would make gMail your central E-Mail account where you can check your E-Mail on other accounts as well as send E-Mail using a secondary E-Mail Address, which is now known as the Mail Fetcher!
A gMail user noticed that when you receive audio files as an attachment in gMail, Google offers a simple way to simply play the MP3 Attachment on the spot! In fact, it is Google Video Player which is playing the audio file, but that’s not all!
Well we recently blogged that Google Talk released a small few updates. Well it should actually be a HUGE update, because one of it’s features is now integrated with a great new service by Google!
Well Google Talk is basically Google’s IM service for the famous gMail Service (invitation only from a friend).
Similar to MSN’s feature which lets you view which songs your friends on the buddy list are listening to. In addition, they offer a file transfer option as well as voicemail!
Well we all know that Google is known well for their little tweaks in services to help adjust to the user. Well now we know that Google is also doing the same for gMail, Google’s famous E-Mail Program. Just like every other E-Mail Service (Hotmail and Yahoo! E-Mail), gMail is made to gain a good amount of profit by displaying advertisements. Death in Google and gMail (Free gMail Invites)
Well earlier this month, Google found out that their gMail Service, gMail, had a security flaw which could have let a hacker gather the E-Mail Addresses in another gMail Account and might even let them hack and access the account! They acted quickly on fixing the problem in around 3 hours as soon as a 14 year old, Anthony, had posted the flaw in his blog. Numerous people have the famous new gMail Account, which is by invitation only. If you would like to recieve a gMail Invite, post a comment asking us to send one to your E-Mail Address and we would gladly do so! Anyway, there is a new program which will create a shell extension on your drive and you can easily drag and drop programs right into the gMail Shell Extension. This program will then send the program as an attachment to your gMail Account.
