PayPerPost, the famous blog ad network, been absent from the blogosphere for a while now. I received a newsletter from them a few days ago and I decided to take a look at what they’ve done so far. I logged into my account and I was amazed at the changes that PayPerPost has undergone.

Modern SEO News has been running for nearly a year and I’ve been blogging just for the fun of it. When I first started, I had no idea what Search Engine Optimization was, or what it could accomplish. I just entered to participate in the Redscowl Bluesingsky SEO Contest.

So I’ve been starting a ton of blogs all around and most aren’t earning much from Pay-Per-Click services like Chitika. So I’ve been using blog marketing services like PayPerPost on the blogs for the last 2 months. I have quite a lot to say about them though!

Up until now, PayPerPost had an odd affiliate program which required you to use a box to E-Mail your friends about PayPerPost’s great service. I believe that they checked the E-Mail when the user signed up and you get $15.00 using those details.

It’s almost well-known that TextLinkAds has been sold to MediaWhiz. However, nobody really understood WHY he gave up such a great advertising company (in my opinion). Now I understand why, so he could create his next, well-known advertising solution, except this time it is for bloggers! The name of this amazing new service is ReviewME!
Well I took a couple of computer-related offers from PayPerPost last month or so. I made sure to make only one post for PayPerPost every 10 posts so the posts don’t look too spammy. But I made sure that it was a post that was related to Computers & Internet and fit somewhere within the categories on Modern SEO News. I finally got paid a few days back!

I recently started using PayPerPost and I think it is a decent service. I always get payed on time 30 days after my post has been approved. In fact I should be getting a payment today according to PayPerPost. I really do believe that PayPerPost is much better than AdSense for the bloggers which are just starting out. Mainly because you choose which posts you want to publish and get a fixed payment when you try to make money. I recently had the honor of conducting a simple E-Mail interview with the CEO of PayPerPost, Ted Murphy.

Overnight I received an E-Mail from TextLinkAds informing me that they are BETA testing a new service called FeedVertising. He also asked that people don’t post this anywhere else. I believe someone did, because a few hours later Patrick Gaving sent another E-Mail informing users that they are now out of BETA and the service is in public! Continue Reading »

AdSense is the Devil to Bloggers
I have been blogging for quite some time now and advertisements like Chitika and Google AdSense are never enough to pay the bill, even though they seem like great services to me! When I was on Digg I saw a story talking about PayPerPost, I clicked it and was introduced to an amazing new service!

Recently I read a post by Peter Da Vanzo which discussed some of the blogs which earn nearly 1 Million Dollars a year. CNN also made a report discussing how blogs earn a good income and can quickly give rise to a bloggers reputation (article referred to Michael Arrington’s TechCrunch with nearly 100,000 readers!).
