I’ve been busy with many new projects lately, but I have come back to revive one of my prosperous blogs - Modern SEO News. I’ll be updating the blog on a daily basis and accepting sponsors as well.
We will also be touching on the affiliate scene as well now! Look forward to more blog posts.
I’ve been using HitTail every now and then when I’ve been thinking of a blog post to make, since I definitely don’t mind being favored by the search engines! Anyway, I think they offer a great service and they do have a ton of tools for their Basic (a nicer way to say free) Users.I plan on outlining the features I consider to be the most useful for an SEO.

A lot of talk has been going on inside the WebmasterRadio.fm Chatroom a while back about whether people should be allowed to copy/syndicate someone’s RSS Feed without permission (either given on the website or received from user). I decided to put in my thoughts and what I perceive publishing an RSS Feed would mean.
First of all, people use RSS Feeds to display the title/summary of new posts that are used in Vista Gadgets or FireFox Plugins. If a blog decides to publish an RSS Feed that displays the entire content of their post, they are basically asking for people to scrape their content.
However, if you are insistent on publishing an RSS Feed that displays all your information since you would prefer for people to scrape your content, include a link to your website at the bottom of all your posts in your RSS Feeds.
PayPerPost, the famous blog ad network, been absent from the blogosphere for a while now. I received a newsletter from them a few days ago and I decided to take a look at what they’ve done so far. I logged into my account and I was amazed at the changes that PayPerPost has undergone.

I always admired other SEO’s like Shoemoney who have their own personal blog which receives a ton of attention from other bloggers. Well I’ve decided to start my own personal blog, since I don’t like posting a ton of my personal information on an SEO-based News Blog. I’m also starting my own personal blog because I wanted some content on the new subdomain WordPress Blog Hosting website I started, 66 Blogs.
If you ever want to read up on what I’m doing on the internet or how I’m living my life, feel free to read Sixty6’s Personal Blog. I don’t plan on updating it on a constant rate, but I will update it every now and then!

I thought this was an interesting read where Shoemoney was banned from MyBlogLog (but they made up later) and found yet another MyBlogLog exploit a few posts later!
It seems that DDN found out that the JavaScript code that is loaded with MyBlogLog tracks clicks made on your advertisements on Google AdSense as well as Yahoo! Publisher Network (YPN). He made a test page and placed a Google Advertisement on a blank page with the MyBlogLog code and recorded the commands being sent out by their JavaScript code. If you don’t understand, you can simply view his great video here.

I’ve been toying around with Technorati WTF (which stands for “Where’s the Fire”) and I’ve been watching it for a while. In fact, a few minutes ago I created a WTF for Dave Pasternack.

Andy Beal has been putting up polls on his blog and one of his recent polls was to find out who was the “Queen of Search” on the net. There was an odd twist caused by Shoemoney which is hilarious in a way!
I’m a frequent user of Technorati and since today morning I’ve been noticing something really weird. I tag most of my posts on Technorati and my latest post on the Google TV Hoax appeared 7 times under different blogs (according to Technorati), but they were all pages inside Modern SEO News.

Modern SEO News has been running for nearly a year and I’ve been blogging just for the fun of it. When I first started, I had no idea what Search Engine Optimization was, or what it could accomplish. I just entered to participate in the Redscowl Bluesingsky SEO Contest.
