A lot of blogs which are trying to get off the ground need places to ping and get noticed, right? Well we have compiled a simple and basic list of places which we ping.
First of all, if you have WordPress you can simply copy the text and put it into the box found at:
AdminCP -> Options -> Writing
WordPress will automatically ping the list every time a post is made (you can choose not to create a ping by taking off the checkbox to the right of the Write Post editor). But we suggest that you do not abuse the list, doing too many pings in one day can definitely get you banned!
Pinging is a good way to get crawled by Search Engines, Blog Search Engines (Google & Ask Blog Search in particular!) and such. In addition to that, you can get some traffic and maybe generate some organic links!
